How to order

We clean the fish while you wait. For your convenience, you can call ahead to order your fish and we will have it ready for pickup.

    • Whole clean – scales, fins, and guts are removed. You may have the head left on, or removed.
    • Fillets – two boneless fillets of fish
    • Portions – whole fillets that are cut into smaller pieces.
    • Steaks – Cross section of the whole fish
    • Butterflied – two boneless fillets attached at the belly
    • Head-on butterfly – two boneless fillets attached along the back with the head and tail attached ideal for stuffing the whole fish.
